28 Days, a new body!

In this article we will present you with the challenge that have been done by thousands of people worldwide. While some people have been skeptical about trying this challenge, other who have tried it, claimed that it provided them excellent results: sturdier body and fully defined abdomen. The challenge, 4 minutes, 28 days, a new body, is also known as “Plank challenge“ is one of the most effective methods which includes one exercise to strengthen the central part of the body, define the muscles of the buttocks, arms and legs. This exercise will also melt down your abdominal fat deposits and strengthen the inner and outer muscles of the back, legs and buttocks.

This exercise requires a gradual increasing of the time when holding the body in a plank position for 4 weeks. You will start with 20 seconds, and then you will progress day by day to achieve the goal of four minutes without interruption. The muscle strength will increase in the final phase, so your body will be more resistant.

Make sure you do this exercise properly. When raising the toes and elbows, keep the upper body part in a straight line. Breathe deeply with the muscles of the stomach, head and neck. In order to maintain a balance, split the weight into the elbows and legs when pushing up the muscles form the buttocks.

When you achieve the correct plank position, breath deeply and hold the position for as long as you can in order to do the 28-day challenge.

The best time to do this exercise is in the morning.
