Once you notice that this mixture is boiling and the syrup is thick enough, reduce the heat and transfer the warm syrup in hot, sterilized jars. This syrup is strongly recommended for children since it is very beneficial in the cough, cold and bronchitis treatment.
Dry the dandelion plants on the air and use them to prepare the dandelion tea. Drink it fresh and you can add honey to improve the taste. Always use a wooden or plastic spoon to add the honey, instead a metal one.
