Remove tartar

Step 1:

Step 2:

In a cup mix the hydrogen perioxide with ½ of warm water. Rinse your mouth for one minute and then spit. At the end rinse your mouth with ½ cup of cool water.

Step 4:

Use an antiseptic mouth wash to rinse your mouth. Repeat the procedure every second day.

Tomatoes and strawberries are rich in vitamin C which is excellent for maintaining good oral hygiene. You can rub your teeth directly with these fruits for five minutes and thus the tartar build-up will soften.

After that, rinse your mouth with baking soda and warm water. All vitamins containing vitamin C such as like bell peppers, berries, lemons, lime, oranges and papaya you can use it for making the same procedure.
