Undoubtedly, coffee is the most popular drink around the world providing stimulating effect on humans due to its caffeine content. Most people reach for a cup of coffee right after they get up from bed, but allow me to tell you that drinking coffee in the morning on an empty stomach is not such a healthy habit.
