  • 8 cups of water
  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • ½ cup of honey
  • Few ice cubes
  • 10 mint leaves

Directions:

  • Put a bowl of water on the heat. Do not boil the water, just warm it up a little bit. To be more precise, it shouldn’t be more than 60 degrees.
  • Add all the ingredients in the water.
  • Stir for 2 minutes and then remove it from the heat.
  • Let the mixture to cool off, and then place it in the fridge to sit for few hours.
  • After you strain the mixture you can drink it immediately.

How to use it:

Note:  Add 1 ice cube in every cup you drink since human body requires using more energy to warm the cold food or drinks.

  • Drink one glass of this refreshing lemon juice before breakfast. The breakfast should include fruit salad.
  • At 11:00 P.M, drink the second glass of the lemon juice and eat some almonds as a snack.
