Turbo Diet: Flat belly for three days
This diet lasts three days and is very effective. Involves three meals a day, for a total of 1,000 calories. For three days you should lose one-half to two pounds. If you want to lose more weight diet again after a break of seven days.
Each of these three days has your diet menu from which should be maintained. Eating between meals is not permitted. Tea and coffee without sugar are allowed.
The first day
Breakfast – toast, 1 teaspoon of dietary margarine and two poached eggs (270 calories)
Lunch – 150 grams of cooked chicken (white meat), 50 grams of lettuce, 50 grams of mushrooms, radishes, mustard spoon and teaspoon of horseradish. Allowed a teaspoon of olive oil for salad. (290 calories)
Dinner – 100 grams of spaghetti, chili pepper, teaspoon of olive oil, pepper and clove of garlic. (300 calories)
The second day
Breakfast – toast a piece of bread, 1 teaspoon of dietary margarine, 30 grams of fat-free cheese, 1 egg, tea with a teaspoon of honey. (270 calories)
Lunch – 50 g of rice, salt, 100 grams of mushrooms, 100 g zucchini, 150 g of carrots, 1 tomato, 40 g peas, spoon oil, 40 ml of soup, pepper. Obara rice and mushrooms, zucchini, carrots and tomato slice and cook everything from peas. Add rice, broth and pepper.
Dinner – 1 tomato, half an apple, half a red onion, 2 teaspoons vegetable fats, salt, tablespoon balsamic vinegar, pepper, 70 g chicken fillets, 40 g of lettuce, 4 peanuts. The third day
