Apparently this doctor for 10 years served with this method and helps women to lose weight in record time.He said ” Lay Down and Lose Weight “. Apart from being very mild, this diet is completely free. All you need is a towel, which should be wrapped in a roll, rope, flat surface and 3-5 minutes of your time.
What should I do in those few minutes? – Lie down.
Wrap the towel into a tight roll and well secure it with rope to not lose the shape. You need to sit on the floor or another flat and hard surface. Put the wrapped towel under your back.The towel should be slightly wider than your back. Then lie down, straighten your legs , spread them apart to get the width of your shoulders, and feet turn inwards, so to touch your toes. Place the hands above the head, turn the palms to the floor, and small fingers of both hands to merge with each other.
Repeat this “exercise” three times daily for 3 to 5 minutes.
An important tip is after the exercise to not getting up suddenly. First turn to the side while lying down, and slowly get into a sitting position and than stand up.
