Bananas Skins with Black-Eyed Peas

  • 4 green banana peel
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • ½ cup black-eyed peas (soaked overnight)
  • ½ tsp of mustard seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Juice of one lemon
