Put a Rose into a potato
A simple, yet effective and unique trick, can help you support the growth of the roses in the yard, and enjoy their appearance for all summer long.
You will need:
- One potato
- A cut down rose
- One plastic bottle
Eliminate all the leaves from the stem and then cut the tree at an angle of 45 degrees.
With the stem, dig a hole in the potato and then shove it in. The tree should be stable and fixed.
Add 2/3 soil in the pot, and place the potatoes in, cover the remaining 1/3 of the pot and make sure it surrounds the rose.
Cut down an ordinary plastic bottle and cover the rose with it. Thus, you will get a pleasant, warm and comfortable place where you can see the first signs of your rose growing again in only a week. You can enjoy your yard full of roses all summer long!
