Why eating Nutella is a real danger
Everyone loves Nutella, especially children. According parents warm bread, Nutella and glass of milk make an ideal breakfast.
It originated from Italia since 1946 and it is considered as one of the most popular sweetened hazelnut chocolate spread. Therefore, it deserved to be on the desert menu in many restaurants.
But not everything that is tasty means that is healthy. This was case with Nutella.
NO HEALTHY INGREDIENTS IN NUTELLA
It seems that there aren`t any healthy ingredients in Nutella considering that the main ingredients are sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa solids, skimmed milk, soy lecithin as emulsifier, vanillin: an artificial flavor, reduced minerals whey.
Here is a list of the actual ingredients of Nutella
A study in 1999 has shown that palm oil affects blood cholesterol, especially if it is oxidized has its toxin properties which damage the kidney, liver, lungs and hear.
If we want to save our ecosystem and wildlife, we should stop the cultivation of palm oil.

A product of cows fed with GMO, hormones and antibiotics so-called WHEY has no useful or nutritive ingredients.
Soy lecithin is a byproduct of the soybean production and it is extracted from soybeans in a chemical process.
The vanillin that is used in households is a mixture of crystal and vanillin sugar with characteristic sweet long-lasting taste. But the vanillin also contains MSG-mono-sodium glutamate and excitotoxin for what many scientists confirmed its harmful properties. It also accelerates the development of neurological disorders, seizures and migraines.
How to Make Your Own Nutella
1 cup hazelnuts, soaked for 8-10 hours
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
2-4 tbsp coconut milk
Drain and rinse hazelnuts and place in food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Depending on the strength of your blender, this may take 10-15 minutes to get the desired consistency.
Once the hazelnuts turn into a buttery consistency, add the sweetener, vanilla, salt, and cacao powder and blend until smooth. Slowly add the milk until desired consistency.
