Japanese cheesecake, light and delicious 3 ingredients desert that you must try (you won`t resist even if you are not cheesecake lover). You will not only be delighted from the taste, but in the same you will be proud that you prepared a real sweet pleasure for a short time.
120 g white chocolate (or dark chocolate)
120 g unsalted cream cheese (room temperature)
First, take the egg yolks from the whites. Put the whites in the fridge and then turn the oven on 170 degrees Celsius to warm it up. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it on steam. When is almost cool mix with the cream cheese that had previously been left on room temperature. Then add the egg yolks and mix it with spatula. Take out the whites from the fridge and whisk until you get solid snow.
Mix the cream cheese and chocolate together with the egg snow with plastic spatula. (See video)
The ready mixture pour it in a pan with 15cm diameter that you had previously greased it, in order not to glue the mixture. Lift the mixture roughly and drop it several times in order to remove the air and not to split the cake during baking.
Bake 15 minutes at 170 degrees, than 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Turn off the oven 15 minutes before you take out the cake. Leave it to cool completely. For decoration use powder sugar.
