 Zucchini Burgers

Required for Zucchini Burgers:
1 kg zucchini;
3 tbsp sunflower;
2 tablespoons sesame seeds;
2 tablespoons marinade (chopped garlic, fresh parsley and fresh dill in unrefined oil);
1 teaspoon dried dill;
sea ​​salt;
2 tablespoons cornstarch;
500g of fine oats (or larger but grinded in the mill);
cold-pressed oil;

Zucchini Burgers

Preparation:
Chop the zucchini into cubes, then cook for 5, 6 minutes and grind it into a puree. Heat the oil, to which should be added to the marinade, sea salt and pre-prepared mashed zucchini. This mixture simmer 3, 4 minutes and at the same time added to 1 liter of water and sea salt, if necessary. When the mixture boil cook for a few minutes. Then stir the cornflour in a little water, add the mixture to the mashed zucchini and make a thicker cream soup. Make this creamy soup is a little saltier, because the oatmeal that was later added unsalted. Cream soup off the stove, then add the sunflower, sesame and stir in oats. Mixture stirring well to equalize and allow to cool. Shape the burgers or kebabs and bake in the oven, on the grill or fry.

Variation:
This mixture can be filled with paprika and bake in the oven.
